ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE CONSENT AGREEMENT

1. PURPOSE

This Electronic Signature Consent Agreement ("Agreement") explains how JAAR Technologies Ltd. ("JAAR", "we", "us", or "our") uses electronic signatures and electronic records and obtains your consent to conduct transactions electronically. By using the JAAR website, web application, mobile application, or services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Agreement where electronic acceptance or signature is required.

2. CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS

You consent to conduct transactions with JAAR electronically and to receive, access, sign, accept, and retain agreements, notices, disclosures, transaction records, confirmations, and other documents electronically. You agree that an electronic signature, electronic acceptance, or other electronic indication of your intent to agree may be used in place of a handwritten signature where permitted by applicable law.

3. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

Where JAAR requires your signature or acceptance, you may provide it electronically by:

• selecting an "I Agree", "Accept", "Confirm", or similar button;
• entering a verification code or OTP;
• signing electronically through a JAAR-supported signing process; or
• completing another electronic action clearly indicating your intention to sign or accept.

Your electronic signature or acceptance will be associated with your account and the relevant transaction, agreement, or record.

4. ELECTRONIC RECORDS

You consent to receiving electronic versions of documents and communications relating to your use of JAAR, including:

• Terms of Use;
• Privacy Policy;
• transaction agreements and confirmations;
• payment and settlement records;
• delivery confirmations;
• dispute-related records and decisions;
• account and security notices;
• consent records; and
• other notices or documents relating to JAAR services.

These records may be provided through the JAAR website, web application, mobile application, email, SMS, or other electronic channels associated with your account.

5. CONSENT AND AUTHENTICATION

Where applicable, JAAR may use your registered phone number, email address, OTP, account credentials, or other authentication methods to verify your identity and confirm your electronic acceptance. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, registered phone number, email address, and devices secure.

6. COPIES OF ELECTRONIC RECORDS

You may request a copy of an electronic agreement, transaction record, or other electronic document associated with your JAAR account by contacting JAAR. JAAR may provide the requested record electronically to the email address or other contact information associated with your account.

7. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

You may withdraw your consent to receive or execute documents electronically by contacting JAAR at usejaar@gmail.com. Withdrawal of consent does not invalidate electronic records, signatures, agreements, or transactions completed before the withdrawal. JAAR may also be unable to provide certain services electronically if you withdraw your consent where electronic records or signatures are necessary to provide those services.

8. UPDATING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

You are responsible for keeping the contact information associated with your JAAR account accurate and up to date. You should promptly update your phone number, email address, or other relevant information if it changes.

9. RETENTION OF RECORDS

JAAR may retain electronic records of your electronic signatures, consents, agreements, and transaction-related activities for the period required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, or JAAR's legitimate business purposes.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

JAAR may update this Agreement from time to time where necessary to reflect changes to its services, legal requirements, or electronic signing processes. The current version will be made available through JAAR's website.

12. YOUR ACCEPTANCE

By selecting "I Agree", electronically signing a document, entering an OTP for the purpose of confirming an electronic acceptance, or completing another action that clearly indicates your acceptance, you confirm that:

1. you have read and understood this Agreement;
2. you consent to the use of electronic signatures and electronic records;
3. you consent to conducting applicable transactions electronically; and
4. you understand that your electronic acceptance may create a legally binding obligation where permitted by applicable law.
